A mentor comes in any age group, race, sex, etc - it is about skill, values, abilities, experience, wisdom, chemistry (not sexual chemistry) - but not about confusing issues.... Yes SOMETIMES, more often NOT, it may develop into a love/sexual relationship. But if you are looking for a mentor, look for a mentor. If you are looking for a lover, look for a lover - don't confuse issues.
