If you are using windows XP make sure your account has a password. Go to control panel accounts. Go to your login and select private, this will lock everything in your profile. Other users will not be able to access your files. Make sure you admin rights on your account as well. Make sure data you want kept private is in your documents and settings and not shared or root directory

There is multiple varations of software that you can learn quickly, to start grab onto the 3d Animation software and Macromedia Suite or 3d studio max, and to blend them into a cool dvd format use Adobe Premier, I have used these products for quit someitme and find them excellent especially if your using dual monitors

For the burning of CD's if you have XP you can use that. Copy the files you want, and then paste it in to the cd drive icon. XP comes with Nero Light.

I can't seem to get the audio working for my power dvd. first it just wasn't syncing up so I uninstalled it and now there's no sound at all. I can still play my winamp just no dvd's(even original dvd's). Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated.

Hi all, well since no one from the Los Angeles area has joined this group, I thought I would jump in. I'm a IT Consultant with my own company. When bored I either go on personal sites like this, play games with the local kids, or beta test for MS and others. I teach MCSE and A+ sometimes, but it's boring to me. But I do like helping people and all my friends know to call me when in computer hell. If you need some help, I promise to be patient, understanding, and won't say user error too many times, lol.

Any advice will help. I keep getting the Error code HTTP: 405 Resource not allowed when trying to access items online. This only occurrs on items that don't end in .com/.net (ex) if it's .com/index_4 (or something, it puts the error code up) Any ideas?
