Cheese Bread Appetizer

This is a great simple, tasty appetizer. My father liked it so much he "stole" it from me and would make it whenever he could. Go to a bakery get any large round bread. Hollow it out. Put excess bread on the side. Select any five cheeses you so desire inside. Cut the cheeses into dices and put them in the bread, fill to the top. Put the top back on wrap in tin foil and bake at 325 until melted. Cut the excess bread up and toast for dipping....mmmmmmmmgood!!!!

hello sly. do you mean a coconut-sauce? so..i have a fine recipe: at first wash rice, chicken and the vegetables and cut the vegetables and the chicken in slices, and a bottle of very good wine. white or red..it doesnt matter. dont forget: the white wine has been very cold, the red wine should be warm like your blood. take oil, onions, some different vegetabels and chicken and a nice glas for you. Than make the pot hot ;), and give the chicken in slices to the hot oil in the pot and roast it, that it get everywhere light. If you have done that, give the vegetable-slices inside and roast it some minutes. than give 3 cups (for a dish for 5 persons) rice inside and roast it a little bit. dont forget to agitation.. between this time, you can drink a glas of wine..:) than, give slices of tomatoes inside and 2 or 3 cups of coconut-milk, and 1 cup of water. now is time to fill up your glas with wine together. take a sip of your great wine but dont forget to salt and pepper the dish. If you have Tabasco, Worchester-sauce, maybe a little piri-piri or other fine spices...take that and also a third glas of your wine. enjoy! Now...close the pot and cook the dish slow. When the rice is "al dente" how the italians say, than it is ready. Till this time, drink the rest of your wine, enjoy and go to bed. Than

To make a tasty and healthy BLT sandwich this is the recipe below: 1.Take two slices of whole wheat bread.Put mayonnaise or soy mayonnaise on the slices. 2. use Morningstar Farms breakfast strips at Fry's or elsewhere and fry it in skillet using olive oil, which is very healthy for you,or bake it 3. Then get some lettuce tomatoes onions & soy or rice cheeses if you choose and put tomatoes and then bacon on top of everything else or last 4.Then you have a delicious BLT sandwich

The food greens,in which is often in the grocery stores is actually better for your health than once thought.Greens has lots of iron in there and folate.Iron is needed to help give you energy and keep you from getting anemia.Instead of using actual bacon use the bacon made from soy by Moringstar Farms at Fry's and other brands.Soy fights cancer, heart disease and it is very good for you.So boil greens in a pot or pan and put that soy bacon in there. Yummy!!!!
