This movie acted by Will Smith worth seeing for it's based on a real story. =) Comparing to other Hollywood hero type one, Will is not a charming, rich or charming guy in this movie. What brings him to his dream is insistance and catching every chance that could approach to the possibility to his dream. After seeing this movie I believe most ppl would be glad that we're more lucky to have the gift that we owned. I believe if you can carry on your dream, one day something good will surely happen.

There is a movie made last century called "The Fringe Dwellers" that I believe I first seen at the library here in Phoenix,Arizona where I am now living.Anyhow, the movie show how the original inhabitants of the island country of Australia were kicked off of their land similar to the Native American Indians here in America and they are discriminated against by the British & other who settled there centuries ago.

One of my old time favorites! How about I, the Worst of All? By the same director...quite telling! Camila could only be a woman's perspective on the time of the caudillos, then, and now! It was filmed during Argentina's dictatorship and it ends with two blindfolded young people's bodies and an Argentine flag in the background. How's that for symbolism?

I have seen the film. It is a wonderful film! It really brings serious thinking about our current world political juncture. Did anyone ever see Roma, Open City? I just saw it again after a long time and could not help to notice how history repeats itself!

Ok. Its now 2007. I find myself partial to foreign films. Can anyone suggest good foreign films to rent on DVD. I like to stay away from depressing films, if possible...LOL
