Sexy Beast was Amazing! Ben Kingsley is one of the scariest, nastiest Bad Ass MotherF*cker villains you will ever see. The leading man; "George" is also phenomenal. Definitely one of Thee Very Best English language films of recent years.

has anyone seen sexy beast? I've read good things and Ben Kingsley is my hero ever since Betrayal. Also, anyone who knows about new Jeremy Irons films please let me know.

I saw 2 memorable French films with English subtitles, A La Mode and Amelie. both had subtle and not so subtle humor. They were a welcome change from the usual mainstream fare. I enjoyed them. I'd like to bein a group s out to see films.

I just saw "Enemy At The Gates". Is it just me, or does anybody else find themselves feeling somewhat "cheated" when British actors are cast as Germans, Russians, etc. and don't bother to even TRY mimicking the appropriate accent? Just curious.

Anyone else looking forward to seeing Lantana? I know it doesn't get as much foreign street cred for being in English, but hey, Aussie accents count for something. Haven't seen a good foreign-language film in a while, but I'm open to suggestions.
