I even wonder if anybody ever bothers to read our feedbacks & suggestions !!

cant retrive messages July 27, 2010

I receive email notification that there are messages in my mailbox, but when I log on, there is nothing there? I can also see that my messages arent reaching their receipients since they remain unopened for weeks. I'm sure it's because these memebers, like me, can't access the messages! The Frequently asked questions- section said that i could hit the "contact me" button on the profile of a person i'm trying to reach, but this "contact me" button does not exist. Is this professional?
