I just updated my public message. I clicked on save and the page went back to the previous text. Did I lose what I wrote? Or it's taking time to update? How can I see if it's updating?

After you click save it should be instantly updated. Please try again and if you continue to have problemn, let us know. (Here or with the support form)
Contacting Someone

Is it possible to contact someone who hasn't been on metrodate in sometime outside of just messaging them? I have a feeling the person I'm messaging is not coming back here and I would really like to converse with them.

Members without photos often don't get a response to messages they send. Try posting photos to your profile and send messages to more people.

If you contact someone who hasn't logged in for a while, they will still get an e-mail alert that lets them know. Hopefully they'll get the e-mail and come back to the site.
