Female friend wanted to see films at the Roxy or the Ritz in Philadelphia. My recent films include "Good Night and Good Luck" & "The Notorious Bettie Page." Both are filmed in glorious black and white. Other favorites: "D.O.A.", "The Maltese Falcon", "The Thin Man", "Citizen Kane", "The Usual Suspects", "Casablanca",and "Vertigo". Notice a pattern? (A) Classic/old (B) Black & white and/or (C) mystery/film noir genre. I'm open to most movies, but love the hardboiled genre most.
