Choose Faith instead of Fear

Did you know that fear works just like faith but in the opposite direction? In the same way that faith opens the door for God to work in our lives; fear opens the door for the enemy to work in our lives. The Bible says that fear has torment. Fear has no mercy. If you act on fear instead of acting on faith, it will keep you depressed, miserable and lonely. And so many people today are missing out on God's joy, peace and victory because they keep giving in to fear. They feed fear by what they watch on TV or at the movies. Don't let that be you. romans tells us that faith comes by hearing the Word of God. The more you fill your heart and mind with God's Word, the stronger you will be to stand against the powers of darkness.Choose faith instead of fear by choosing God's Word. Remember, the power that is in you is greater than the power of fear. When thoughts come that say,"You're not able", choose faith by saying,"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me". Choose faith today so you can overcome fear and live in the freedom God has in store for you.
What does it mean that we are fearfully and wonderfully made (Ps

Psalm 139:14 declares, "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." The context of this verse is the incredible nature of our physical bodies. The human body is the most complex and unique organism in the world, and that complexity and uniqueness speaks volumes about the mind of its Creator. Every aspect of the body, down to the tiniest microscopic cell, reveals that it is fearfully and wonderfully made. Engineers understand how to design strong yet light beams by putting the strong material toward the outside edges of a cross-section and filling the inside with lighter, weaker material. This is done because the greatest amounts of stress occur on the surfaces of a structure when handling common bending or stresses. A cross section of a human bone reveals that the strong material is on the outside and the inside is used as a factory for blood cells of various kinds. When you examine a sophisticated camera with its ability to let in more or less light as needed and its ability to focus automatically over a vast range of field, you find repeated imitations of the operation of the human eye. And yet, having two eyeballs, we also have depth perception which gives us the ability to judge how far away an object is.
"What does it mean that God is omnipotent?"

The word 'omnipotent' comes from 'omni' meaning all and 'potent' meaning power. As with the attributes of omniscience and omnipresence, it follows that if God is infinite, and if He is sovereign, which we know He is, then He must also be omnipotent. He has all power over all things at all times and in all ways. Job spoke of God's power in Job 42:2: "I know that you can do all things and that no plan of yours can be thwarted." Job was acknowledging God's omnipotence in carrying out His plans. Moses, too, was reminded by God that He had all power to complete His purposes regarding the Israelites: "The LORD answered Moses, 'Is the LORD's arm too short? You will now see whether or not what I say will come true for you.

hey you! listen! don't!!! i can help you with what i know right ! every thing that is made need to be made by someone, right? who made us? that's who we call god! god is unique..why? imagine you own a company,as a ceo you give some orders,if there were a second ceo, he can ask to undo the orders right?? ;) it will be chaos..but life is nothing but order :) god have no sons..god is the first and the everlasting, why? because god is almighty he dosen't need anyone to help him !! as well as time don't affect god so he is everlasting.. i found all this and more in islam, you really should take a look, it's impressive!! if all this don't convience you, there are some outstanding proofs (very scientific ones) in islam , you can ask someone who knows, or look for yourself..and never give up ;)

It is not so much about being a church goer, most important is to be a God lover, spending time before him and learning to hear his voice..... ***/kbgyifi/?p=135 blessings Martin
