I ran cross-country and track in high school. My best 3K time was 17:56. My best 1 mile time was 4:56. I am a first time novelist and wrote the interactive novel "Ariona: The Bounty Hunter." It is a fantasy/horror novel, 264 pages. It is available at most on-line bookstores. I hope this book will be the first of many, and that the St. Louis area will give me support.
