After being disgusted, i kept reminding myself my reasons for being vegan. It takes time and a heart to get there. Just believe in yourself :-) Hope this helps

RE: vegitarian diet October 05, 2011 from Disillusioned   Tampa I highly doubt it will affect anyone, negatively, unless they don't have all the vitamins and minerals they need. My daughter was a vegetarian for 3 yrs., and she was the healthiest teen I knew. She's no longer vegetarian, but that's just because I became vegetarian. Apparently, she wanted to be different from her parents, and when I became one, she "no longer felt unique," lol.
