oejhnlowi, hi! i read ur msg and thank's for that although i am not a full member too but as ur rquest,here's one tips for you as u can try if u like.i am not a restaurant fan-eater,i do always like home cooking as i used to do for me the best way & still more nutritious thru by steaming and stewing by using banana leaf wrarpping,no enough space to tell u more...
